The draw to determine the $500 Grand Prize winner for customers of the Annual Christmas Open House held Nov. 14 by Towne & Country Cheese Shoppe, Sam’s Home Hardware, Lyric Flowers, Hyggliet Fabrics and Sun Rayz Tanning & Fashion Boutique took place Monday. St. Marys Mayor Al Strathdee, left, drew the winning ticket, belonging to Edith Scheuermann. Also present for the draw representing each of the downtown businesses, respecitvely, were Lori Black, Lisa Thomson, Jay Harrison, Chantal Lynch and Mary Van Den Berge.
Tuesday afternoon, Edith Scheuermann, centre, was presented her $500 prize package as winner of the draw for customers of the annual downtown Christmas Open House held Nov. 14 by Lyric Flowers, Towne & Country Cheese Shoppe, Hyggeligt Fabrics, Sun Rayz and Sam’s Home Hardware. Representatives from the businesses were there for the presentation at Sun Rayz, including Lori Black, Lisa Thomson, Jay Harrison, Chantal Lynch, and Mary Van Den Berge. The package included gift cards for the stores, as well as a cheese and grilling gift basket from the Cheese Shoppe and a “Fat Quarter Bundle” quilting gift package from Hyggeligt Fabrics.
